1. Each steel shell coreless induction furnace mainly includes:
Steel structure furnace shell, furnace frame, magnetic yoke, induction coil, high-strength coil support, tilting hydraulic oil cylinder, smoking ring device, pit safety protection device, furnace top and bottom refractory ring, furnace lining and other components.
(a) The tilting furnace hydraulic cylinder is equipped with a steel protective cover, which can protect the cylinder rod from dust and splashed metal. The inlet end of each oil cylinder is equipped with a throttle valve to prevent the furnace from falling down suddenly when the hydraulic pipeline is accidentally burst.
(b) The grounding/leakage probe made of stainless steel wire is installed at the furnace bottom.
(c) The coil is wound with TU1 oxygen free copper tube, and the inner surface of the induction coil is coated with high aluminum coil refractory coating.
(d) The yoke is made of 0.3mm oriented silicon steel sheet by special process, and the special arc design can be close to the inductor.
(e) The refractory materials, grounding probes and steel molds of the "Spain Yingsaide" lining of the two furnace bodies are used for the first furnace building.
(f) The inner surface of the furnace cover is provided with a refractory lining. The furnace cover is lifted and rotated by hydraulic cylinder.
(g) Smoking ring device.
(h) Pit safety protection device.
