4. Reasonably control tapping temperature




For smelting, the temperature shall be raised in a short time before pouring to meet the process requirements, while the molten iron shall be kept at a lower temperature for the rest of the time, which can reduce the erosion of high-temperature molten iron on the furnace lining, extend the service life of the furnace lining, and reduce power consumption.
