Daily maintenance of medium frequency induction furnace

(1) Check and clean the cooling tower or plate heat exchanger to maintain efficient cooling effect.

(2) Check whether the water cooling system is blocked and leaking, and whether the differential pressure switch and flow switch are sensitive

(3) If the conductivity of cooling water is greater than the specified value, replace the cooling water in time.

(4) Check the insulation of induction coil and whether there is water leakage

(5) Check whether the wire and switch are damaged

(6) Check and clean the water tank, check the drain valve, and discharge certain sewage to prevent scaling

(7) Clean the oil and dust of electrical components and other equipment

(8) Check whether all wiring screws are tightened to ensure good contact

(9) Check whether components such as thyristor, busbar and transformer are overheated
